YOUNGSTERS were given a treat as they got the chance to meet two of their Watford FC heroes at a football course.

Golden Boys Martin Taylor and Adam Thompson took time out from their busy training schedules to visit Watford Community Trust’s summer holiday course at Hobletts Manor School in Hemel, where they met some of their young fans.

The Hornets duo chatted to the delighted participants, before stopping to pose for pictures and sign autographs.

More than 40 children took part in the course – enjoying a range of fun football sessions, learning new skills and playing in small-sided games.

The Watford Community Trust regularly runs football courses at a range of venues throughout Hertfordshire, frequently visiting schools in Hemel.
