Kings bounced back to winning ways with a 16-goal demolition of struggling Welwyn.

Nicole Barrett opened the scoring after 5 minutes, before Kim Nield made it 2-0 shortly afterwards.

Barrett slammed home at the far post from a corner to make it 3-0, before goals from Mary Hogan, Katie Nield and Kim Nield made it 6-0 at the interval.

Langley loosened up in the second half and ran riot, with Hogan, April Langton (3), Kim Nield (2), Barrett (3) Alex Britten all hitting the net after the break.
