Hemel Hempstead Town FC have been named October Team of the Month by the Evo-Stik League Southern judging panel.

Dean Brennan’s Tudors played six league fixtures in October; winning four, drawing one and losing one – a sequence that saw them strengthen their position at the top of the Southern Premier Division table.

And it is not just in the league where Hemel have been impressing, with Town ready to battle it out for honours in the latter stages of two cup competitions.

The Tudors will travel to St Albans City in the quarter-finals of the Herts Senior Challenge Cup, after visiting Northwood in the Red Insure Cup third round.
