New Tudors manager revealed
Hemel Hempstead Town FC have unveiled their new management team.
Mark Eaton and Alan Biley have both agreed to join the club with immediate effect, and the duo are entrusted with the responsibility of saving the Tudors from relegation.
New boss Eaton brings with him a wealth of experience as both a professional and non-league player, having turned out for the Luton youth team, Milton Keynes Borough and Northampton.
It was while playing for Northampton that he unfortunately sustained a double compound fracture which ended his professional playing career.
He moved into management as assistant manager at Holmer Green FC before moving to Aylesbury United as first team coach.
He changed roles from coach to assistant manager before finally becoming first team manager in December 2010.
He also enjoyed a stint at Aylesbury FC, who went on to win the South Midlands Premier Division and gained promotion to the Southern League.
Other notable achievements in Eaton’s CV include winning the Premier Division Cup and guiding Aylesbury FC into the fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup – earning the team £20,000 along the way.
Eaton has also has won the Spartan South Midlands Manager Of The Year and was voted 3rd in the national Non League Managers Award.
Biley, meanwhile, has worked in partnership with Eaton for many years and has extensive contacts throughout the professional and non-league circles, having been a professional footballer at Derby County, Everton, Stoke and Portsmouth.
Biley also boasts managerial and assistant managerial experience with Diss, Spalding United – who he managed four times – and Kettering Town.
During his time as a player, Biley scored 157 goals in 382 appearances, including 51 goals in 105 appearances for Pompey.
A Tudors club spokesman said: “Hemel Hempstead Town Football Club welcome Mark and Alan to the club and wish them every success in their new venture.”
Eaton said: “Both Alan and I are delighted to be given this opportunity and are looking forward to working with the players and staff at the club.
“Although we face a big challenge, our priority will be doing everything in our power to keep them in the Southern Premier league”

Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 02:57 PMPoor choice again by Hemel, Biley has only managed in lower non-league divisions, Eaton played sunday football and for the mighty Pitstone...no evidence on Northampton Town Fc past players list of a Mark Eaton, but at least he may be able to bring in some players from the Aylesbury area...lower division players again!!
