POTTEN End have reached the final of the Holloway Trophy after a 3-0 victory at Hunton Bridge.

Two goals by Dean Boswell and another from Gary Carmalt did the damage to set up a final showdown with Sarratt A.

Elsewhere, West Herts Junior Cup hopefuls Gadebridge FC beat Harpenden Rovers Reserves 5-2 to move into the semi-final, where they face a Dacorum derby against Hemel Sharpshooters.

Lewis Crowys notched a hat-trick, with Chris Size and Lewis East also on target.

In the league, meanwhile, Tring Athletic A and Hemel Rovers were made to settle for a point apiece as they shared a goalless draw on an uneven pitch.

It was better news for Kings Sports, however, as they beat Oxhey Jets A 3-0 with goals from Henry Dakat, Choki Hokoza and James Dent.

Pitstone saw off Tring Athletic B 3-1 and Hemel Sharpshooters went down 5-2 to Oxhey Wanderers Reserves.

Glen Howard and Andrew Conway found the net for Sharpshooters, but Mark Reynolds squandered a glorious opportunity from the penalty spot.
