HEMEL Rovers Reserves caused the upset of the season in the Arlon Printers West Herts League this week as they beat Park Street 1-0.

A fifth-minute Dan Allen free kick earned the win for Rovers against County Cup champions Park Street who, up until then, had won every league game.

Rovers keeper Barry Hills will take the plaudits after a string of superb saves to keep his clean sheet in tact.

SWR Doors, meanwhile, won twice this week to secure the Premier League by a nine-point margin.

First up, they bagged an 8-1 win against Met Police thanks to goals from Aaron Lewis (3), Jeff Mensah (2), Dan Hartley (2) and Rob Miller, before seeing off Oxhey FC 3-2 with efforts from Mensah, Stuart Meaney and Steve Rance.

Elsewhere, Tring Athletic A secured fourth spot in the league courtesy of a 4-1 victory over Kings Sports.

Luke Ellis, Glen Sizer, James Livingstone and Jack Sunderland did the damage.

Kings were then defeated 10-0 by Met Police in their last match of the season.
