A busy weekend of action looms for Dacorum’s top sides as they go in search of three points tomorrow afternoon.

Hemel Town, Leverstock Green, Tring Athletic, Berkhamsted and Kings Langley are all in league action.

It was a quiet mid week for Hemel Town, and Tommy Widdrington’s side should be fresh for their important Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division clash with Redditch United at Vauxhall Road.

The Tudors – on a four-game unbeaten run but still second from bottom in the table – will fancy their chances against fellow strugglers Redditch.

Hemel drew 0-0 with bottom side Cirencester Town last time out, and will be looking to build add to their points tally against Redditch.

The Comrades, meanwhile – who had been on a good run before this week’s duo of defeats – will need to bounce back quickly from Tuesday night’s 4-1 loss to Broxbourne Borough.

Mick Vipond’s side host Holmer Green tomorrow, and the Broadwater faithful will be expecting a win against the MSSML Premier Division’s bottom team.

Two clubs hoping for a Berkhamsted slip-up, however, are Dacorum rivals Tring Athletic and Leverstock Green.

Like the Comrades, Tring and Levy are part of a pack of eight teams currently fighting it out for second spot in the tightly-congested league table.

Steve Heath’s Levy Green side currently sit in third place, and will be looking to take advantage of their mid week rest as they travel to Hillingdon Borough – another side going well in the league.

Levy, full of confidence following their 2-1 win over Tring last weekend, will hope to build on that display by adding another three points to the tally.

Tring, meanwhile, will want to put the Levy Green defeat behind them as they take on Stotfold at Roker Park.

Stotfold occupy 13th place in the league table, and Tring would be disappointed should they come away from the fixture empty-handed.

Division One side Kings Langley are also in action, travelling to Crawley Green.

Kings currently occupy ninth place in the table, while Crawley are two points behind in 12th, so a close contest is expected.
