Wasps sting Tigers to maintain unbeaten run
Louis Smith scored two goals as Hemel Stags Aces Wasps kept up their unbeaten league record.
Despite difficult conditions the U11 side came away from Chorleywood Tigers with all three points having scored three goals.
They won their Division Three match 3-0 with Luke Murray scoring the other goal from the penalty spot.
Hemel Panthers U9s gave their coach a perfect 65th birthday present as they beat Comets Cougars 2-0.
New coach John Prescott looked on as Callum Mansell scored a brace to give them the win.
Harry Smith did well in goal keeping a clean sheet.
Fellow U9 side Comets Kestrels won their game in the White Division.
They came away from Message: Leverstock Green Elms with a 3-2 victory.
Harry Smitten played in Callum Moriarty for 1-0.
And provider turned goalscorer as Smitten got on the end of Robbie Rogers' goal kick.
After Green had come back into it Alfie Walbancke's superb corner was met brilliantly by Smitten who volleyed home.
Elms struck a consolation two minutes from time.
In the U11s First Division, leaders Hemel Stag Aces U11 Lions got a share of the points from their game at St Albans U11 West.
After a half light on chances Josh Emmins broke the deadlock for St Albans.
But Stephen Collingwood found the net in the 55th minute to keep up Lions' unbeaten run.
He won the man of the match for some strong play at the back and in midfield.
To the U18s, and Echoes Orange smashed Abbots Youth Black 9-1 in their Watford Friendly League game.
They win moved them to the top of the table, leapfrogging Sunday's opponents.
Man of the match Perrie McClellan opened the scoring with a low drive - his first goal for the club.
Leading scorer Ollie Gurney added another four to his tally so far this season.
Emi Zavala scored a with a super solo goal, Tom Smith netted via an excellent volley, Chris Eccles notched with a header and Kyle Batchelor put the ball in from close range.
Berkhamsted Raiders U18s lost their first game of the season to St Albans City Youth.
An inconsistent performance saw them go down 3-1 at home, Raiders' captain and man of the match James Wade getting their only goal.
