Widdrington leaves Hemel Town

editorial image

Hemel Hempstead Town FC have been rocked by the news that manager Tommy Widdrington and assistant Alan Kimble have left the club with immediate effect.

The duo have joined Eastbourne Borough FC following the departure of Garry Wilson and his team on January 17.

A Tudors club spokesman said: “This is an unfortunate setback for the club, but we will endeavour to bring in a new management team as soon as is possible, with the hope that the future management team - whomever that may be - will fulfil their obligations to the club.”

Mr Boggins, do not go for the star names, get a good local manager who can and will stay at the club, and will not demand massive wages for himself and his staff...
