Mansell puts his side in driving seat as Panthers pounce on pair of victories

Hemel Panthers U10s made light work of two matches in 24 hours, winning both games.

The side won 3-0 away to Evergreen with goals from striker Callum Mansell and Alfie Hunt before a spectacular goal from captain Aaron Tilney.

The second victory was also away, to Tornadoes JSC, which Panthers won 2-1.

Callum Mansell was again on the score sheet, this time with two goals, to give his side the win and close the gap on the league leaders above them.

Hemel Stags Aces U11s won their home match with St Albans Orient 3-0.

The first goal was the product of some slick football from Aces, as Daniel Potticary, Luke Murray, Joe Johnson and Alex Dorrington combined in a sweeping move up the pitch. Edward Langley was then sent clear on goal to open the scoring.

The second goal saw Louis Smith gallop from the halfway line before hoofing the ball home, before Alex Styles popped up in the box to net a birthday goal and seal the win.

Berkhamsted Raiders Red U12s recorded a 5-1 victory over Hemel Youth Red thanks to a brace from Jack Hudson and goals from Matty Lee and George Darby in the first half.

Hemel struck back briefly in the second half, but Harvey Lewis had already sealed the win for Raiders with yet another goal.

Man of the match was George Lewarne.

In the U13s League Cup Berkhamsted Raiders Red sneaked a 1-0 victory at Comets Whites, thanks to sturdy defensive pairing Kieran Lupini and Billy Docwra.

Dan Drury and Jake Little kept Comets' goalkeeper busy but Matt Pollard was on hand to claim the winner.

Matt Dawson earned man of the match.

Echoes Orange U18s were defeated 4-1 at home to Sun Postal Blue in their League Cup tie.

In a close first half, the sides were separated by two headers from the visiting side.

Echoes hit back after half-time with a goal from Ollie Gurney following a passing move involving Tom Smith and Kyle Batchelor.

The home side hit the post moments after, but could not get back in the game as Postal Blue ran out as winners.

Meanwhile, Berkhamsted Raiders U18s drew 0-0 with St Albans City as goalkeeper Rob 'Sponge' Tinsley soaked up all that was thrown at him to ensure his side earned a point against their local rivals.
