Sapphire gymnast Teal Grindle has been selected to represent Great Britain at the Australian Youth Olympic Festival in Sydney.
The competition has been running every four years since the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000 to encourage junior athletes to continue to train to reach senior level in the future.
There will be 1,700 competitors from 30 nations taking part in 17 different sports.
Great Britain is sending four gymnasts to the festival in January, with Tring’s Teal flying the flag for Dacorum.
Her call-up comes just a week after Sapphire club-mates Stephanie Ponder and Hallie Copperwheat were selected for the GB Development Squad.
