An international duet will hold a charity concert at a school.

Tring Park School's ball room in the mansion will play host to cellist Robert Cohen and pianist Rebecca Holt on February 27 to raise money for Tring Park Piano Fund.

The pair will perform works by Johannes Brahms, Ernest Bloch and Niccolò Paganini as they drum up funds for new pianos in each of the school's studios.

The night will also raise money in the school's buy a key fundraising initiative, which aims to buy high-quality instruments to benefit future generations of performers.

To buy tickets, which cost £25 including wine and canapés, call Tring Park School on 01442 824255 or email campaign@tringpark.com.
