Beauty And The Beast is the choice for this year’s seasonal show from the Kings Langley Players – the first time the story has been told by the company.
The curtain goes up next month, and at the helm is director Andrew Knight, who is an unabashed fan of panto performance.
January’s show will be the third in a row he has directed for the Players, and he admits he is panto mad.
“I absolutely love it,” he said. “It ticks all the boxes for me – comedy, catchy songs, drama and magic moments.”
Andrew’s previous two pantomimes have been huge hits with audiences and he’s confident that BeautyAnd The Beast will top them both.
Beauty And The Beast will on stage at the Kings Langley Community Centre from Thursday, January 9 to Saturday, January 11. There will be two matinees as well as an evening performance on the Saturday.
The Players’ online box office is live and tickets are already being snapped up – visit www.klp.org.uk to book.
