THE Choir That Rocks is a new three part entertainment documentary which tells the stories of people from all over the country united by one common desire - to sing in the inspirational Rock Choir.
Filmed over five months, the cameras follow the choir’s dynamic founder Caroline Redman Lusher, her team and choir members.
Members of Hemel’s Rock Choir join others from across the country as they lead up to one vast performance at Wembley.
Rock Choir is the largest and most popular choir in the UK, with 150 rehearsals in 90 towns across the country, and more than 8000 members.
Established in 2005, it started in Amersham and Hemel Hempstead in 2009 and for many of its members it’s a stress-busting inspiration, giving them life-changing experiences they never thought possible.
With a fabulous repertoire of feel-good, rock, pop and soul numbers - from Amy Winehouse and Robbie Williams to Aretha Franklin - the choir gets everyone wanting to join in.
