Step out on Sunday to support Pepper Foundation’s vital work

You can step out for a stroll along the Grand Union Canal this weekend to support the vital work of the Pepper Foundation.

The annual event sets off from St Paul’s School in Langleybury at noon on Sunday, October 13.

The scenic route runs along the canal and through the autumnal Whippendell Woods, and walkers can choose either a three mile or a seven mile route.

After the walk there will be a barbecue and refreshments in the school grounds.

Pepper specialist paediatric nurses provide a hospice at home service for children with life-limiting illnesses throughout Herts and Bucks, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

At any one time the Pepper nurses are looking after up to 50 local children and providing support for their families.
