Following on from the successful staging of quirky comedy Ladies Day in November, the Bovingdon Players are still playing it for laughs with their next production.

Jumpy, directed by John Mower, is another contemporary comedy with some poignant reflections about life – this time focusing on the trials of middle age and parenthood.

Tamsin Grieg took the starring role of frustrated fiftysomething Hilary when the April De Angelis play enjoyed a successful London run.

The curtain goes up at 7.45pm on Thursday, March 27 and there are also performances on Friday and Saturday at Bovingdon Memorial Hall.

Tickets are £9 each, with £7 concessions available.

You can book online via the website at wwwwbovingdonplayers.com , or by calling 07905 512258.
