An air ambulance landed in a playing field this morning after reports that a man was seriously unwell.
The vehicle landed in the playing field on Wootton Drive in Grove Hill, Hemel Hempstead at 9.55am.
The air ambulance was called to reports that a man was seriously unwell.
A spokesman for the East of England Air Ambulance Service said they could not disclose the exact location of the incident as the call was to a private address.
The spokesman added: “The patient was in a life-threatening condition and was taken to Watford hospital by land ambulance.”
