A NEW director has been appointed at commercial property experts Aitchison Raffety.
Myles O’Brien, pictured, is based at the company’s office in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, has been instrumental in developing Rating IT systems and introducing new client reporting methods.
Mr O’Brien joined Aitchison Raffety in 2009 in the rating division and was promoted to associate director last year in recognition of his contribution to the company. He was previously with GVA and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Aitchison Raffety provides a rating service across the UK with a success rate exceeding 80 per cent of appealed cases. The company is currently concluding outstanding 2005 Rating cases and working on developing 2010 rating appeal strategies for its clients.
