Teenager pleads guilty to robbery in Tring

An 18-year-old man who was charged in connection with a robbery in Tring has appeared in court.

Callum Green, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to robbery and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon (a knife and a metal bar) when he appeared at St Albans Crown Court on Monday, February 11.



He is due to appear at the same court for sentencing on March 13.

The charges relate to a robbery that took place at the Lifestyle convenience store in Christchurch Road on Monday, January 7 at around 6.20pm.

Money is reported to have been stolen from the till, along with alcohol and cigars. No-one was hurt during the incident.
