Shoppers of all tastes, ages, shapes and sizes had the chance to find out their perfect style matches at Hemel Hempstead’s Marlowes Shopping Centre on Saturday.
From 11am until 4pm fashion-conscious customers were able to step inside a futuristic 3D Body Scanner before letting stylists source their perfect pair of jeans.
The scanner used ‘white light’ – which can’t be seen by the naked eye – to produce the results.
Throughout the day more than 35 people stepped inside the state of the art scanner to get their exact measurements and body shape analysis.
Jean genies also offered advice on the most flattering styles to suit different shapes this season, and guided people through the latest offerings from Topshop, New Look, River Island, Marks & Spencer, Republic and more.
Beauty buffs provided free makeovers in the pod and staff from Ann Summers were on hand with a measuring service in the lingerie station.
Shoppers using the service received 20 per cent discount in the store.
Marlowes centre manager Vince Williams said: “It was great to see everyone enjoying our denim surgery event. Hopefully all those that took part were able to take away valuable styling information. We look forward to holding more free fashion events in the future.”
The shopping centre is also offering the chance to win a year’s supply of denim from New Look. To enter, answer a simple a question on the Marlowes Shopping Centre Facebook page at facebook.com/themarlowes before Friday.
