Berkhamsted’s The Hospice of St Francis is asking people to join its fundraising ‘Mud Pack Challenge’ on October 19.

The adrenalin-fuelled five mile course will take place in the woodland of Champneys, Tring, where sponsored participants will be encouraged to crawl, climb, jump, slip and slide over wet and muddy obstacles.

The hospice’s senior community fundraising manager Fran Martin said: “The Mud Pack Challenge is a brand new event for us and we hope it will appeal to all ages.

“What better way to spend an autumn day than doing something different in a fabulous location for a fantastic cause!

“So come on, get filthy for St Francis!”

The challenge will take place on Sunday, October 19, so sign up now to take advantage of the £25 early bird registration fee before July 31 by clicking here to sign up

May the muddiest man (or woman) win!
