A children’s charity based in Hemel Hempstead has been chosen to take part in the pilot scheme for a national charity twinning project.

Hope for Children has been paired with the Alzheimer’s Society as part of an initiative from Charity Choice .

Research has shown that small charities have seen a 10 per cent decline, whereas the larger charities have seen a 30 per cent increase.

The aim is to encourage larger charities to share knowledge and experience, and to help smaller organisations understand different approaches to fundraising.

Hope for Children supports orphaned, poor and exploited children in both the UK and developing countries.
