A HOSPICE has challenged pubs to see which one can raise the most money.
Iain Rennie Hospice at Home (IRHH) has launched the contest for boozers across the Chilterns.
The new Pub Challenge asks drinking outlets to come up with unique ways to raise money for the charity.
Pubs will receive regular beer glass thermometers to chart their fundraising progress.
The one which has raised the most by the end of the year will be presented with the Iain Rennie Pub Challenge Trophy, sponsored by Tring Brewery.
Last year, pub-related events brought in more than £13,000 towards the IRHH nursing service and raised awareness of the charity.
