A man from Liverpool has been arrested by police as part of an ongoing crackdown on the supply of drugs into Hemel Hempstead.
Ross Maxwell, 22, was arrested on April 4 on Merseyside on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.
He was later charged with one count of offering to supply Class A drugs and three charges of the supply of Class B drugs.
Maxwell is due to appear at St Albans Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The arrest is part of Herts Constabulary’s Operation Cusp - a drive to stop the supply of drugs into Hemel Hempstead, which was launched by the force earlier this year and saw officers carry out a series of raids.
