Berkhamsted’s first food festival comes to town on Sunday, when a range of the finest eateries, producers and food suppliers head to Ashlyns Hall field on September 6.
The event runs from 11am-4pm, and will also feature tastings, live cookery demonstrations, children’s entertainment and live music.
All proceeds will go to the Hospice of St Francis and DENS.
Christina Delaney, founder of Taste of Berkhamsted, said she had been “overwhelmed” by the response from local businesses and foodies alike.
She added: “I can’t believe this hasn’t been done before.
“Berkhamsted is bursting with foodie talent and hungry food-lovers with an appetite for all things local - it’s time we celebrated this.”
