Tenants get a chance to air concerns in Dacorum Borough Council survey

Council tenants and leaseholders in Dacorum are being asked to complete a survey sent through the post to help the borough identify their needs and concerns.

The results of the survey will be used to make improvements to the housing service. The last survey conducted in 2012 found 80 per cent of tenants were satisfied with the service they received, but some issues were identified for Dacorum Borough Council to address.

The council’s portfolio holder for housing Margaret Griffiths said: “One of the best ways for us to find out whether we’re on track and getting things right is to measure tenants’ and leaseholders’ satisfaction.

“The more people who share their views with us, the better informed any improvements to the housing service will be. When we have the results we will publish them and act on them.”

Tenants have until the end of the month to return completed forms, free of charge.
