A new Cycle Chilterns project encourages people to get out and about on their bikes during a series of group events.
They will take place in Berkhamsted, Tring and other places in the area after the event is launched at the Tring Spring Fayre on Saturday.
There will be a Dr Bike session during the event, where the public are invited to have a free safety check by a qualified cycle mechanic.
There will also be a 9.5-mile circular group cycle from Church Square to the Tring Reservoirs and College Lake, where there will be a refreshment stop.
The family-friendly ride begins at 3.30pm and is expected to take around two hours.
The Tring Spring Fayre will be at Church Square, off the High Street, between 11am and 3pm.
Other activities will include an animal petting zoo, treasure trail, tombola, pony and carriage rides and face painting.
