AFC Boars have been crowned BSFL League Senior Cup Champions after a 4-2 victory over Flaunden in the final of the competition.

Boars soaked up early Flaunden pressure to hit the away side on the counter attack, leading to a penalty that was converted by Curtis Donaldson.

Two further breakaway goals from Sonny French and Lewis Cruwys saw Boars go in at half-time 3-0 up.

Flaunden then came out flying in the second half and an early Matt Dean goal gave them hope, before Graham Blyth struck from the penalty spot to make it 3-2 with 15 minutes left.

Flaunden had a golden chance to equalise with minutes remaining but the chance went over.

Boars sealed the win with a fine Cruwys header to lift the first of a possible league and cup double for the Premier Division side.
