Hemel Hempstead Town will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the Calor League Southern Premier Division when they travel to Wiltshire tomorrow to take on struggling Chippenham Town.

The Tudors currently sit one point clear at the top of the division and go into tomorrow’s clash on the back of a 3-0 victory over Bedford Town on Tuesday night courtesy of a hat-trick from leading scorer Ben Mackey. Dean Brennan’s side are currently enjoying a five-game unbeaten run.

Chippenham, on the other hand, are currently occupying 18th place in the table and have not won a game since November 19. They lost their last match 3-1 to AFC Totton on Tuesday night.

The form guide suggests Hemel should return home with three points, and football statistics and predictions website are confident of a Tudor victory.

“This week the stats suggest a high scoring win for Hemel,” said Betstatz owner Nick Gelis. “Chippenham have lost their last four league games and conceded 39 in the last 12 games.

“Hemel on the other hand have been scoring for fun, with the best attack in Europe – 66 goals in 19 league games.

“Hemel have been winning at half-time in each of their last four league games, so our tips this week are Hemel to win HT/FT, over 3.5 goals and Hemel to win.”
