Hemel Hempstead Town travel to Arlesey Town tomorrow looking to take another big step towards the Carlor League Southern Premier Division title.

The Tudors saw their lead at the top of the table cut to six points on Tuesday night as they were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Cambridge City.

Chesham are gaining ground on Dean Brennan’s Hemel side and the Tudors will be eager to get back to winning ways on tomorrow afternoon.

Arlesey will be no pushovers, though, and are currently sitting in 10th place in the table on the back of two straight wins.

Hemel go into tomorrow’s game as favourites to pick up the win, and football statistics and predictions website believes that Dean Brennan’s side will get the three points.

“This weekend’s game looks a tough one for both teams,” said betstatz Owner Nick Gelis. “Arlesey Town haven’t conceded a second half goal in their last four league games, although they have conceded three first half goals.

“Hemel remain a formidable attack and in their last four league games, five of their six goals were scored in the first half. So the stats from both teams indicate that if Hemel score, it is likely to happen in the first half.

“If Hemel do get the early goal and go into half time up, statistically they will win the game - in the 25 league games that Hemel have been winning at HT this season, they’ve won 24 and drawn 1.

“Therefore the prediction for Saturday is Hemel to be winning at HT and FT and under 2.5 goals in what looks to be a tight game.”
