Rangers and Boars set up a final showdown

Park Rangers and AFC Boars have set up a clash in the final of the BSFL League Senior Cup.

Rangers saw off Flaunden 3-2 in their semi-final thanks to goals from Chris Parperi, Ryan Lockley and Kevin Eaton, while Boars won their semi 3-1 against Comets Sports Club – with Karl Thomas, Jay Austin and Charlie Martindale netting.

In league action, Premier Division side Hemel United thrashed Robin Hood 6-2 with efforts from Scott Porter (2), Kevin Price (2), Lee Butler and Craig Carrington.

Elsewhere, four goals from Louis West, three from Sean Biswell and one for James Fletcher earned an 8-0 win for Leather Bottle over Greenacres II in Division One.

Braces from Myer Fuller and Jamie Smith gave Drays Athletic a 4-2 win over The Midland.

KLCC were the big winners in Division Two, winning 4-1 at Comets Reserves, while Dean Roper notched a brace in Doves United’s 3-0 triumph over The Bull Athletic.

FC Intervino beat Berko Tornadoes Reserves 4-3, and Echoes won 2-1 at The Queens Head.

In Division Three, AC Grapes won 3-0 at Berko Athletic, Potten End beat FC Berko 3-2, and Echoes Reserves drew 2-2 with Park Rangers Reserves.

Adam Woodgate bagged two for Division Four side Big GC FC in their 5-1 thrashing of Poggenpohl, Aiden Byrne hit a brace for Apsley Athletic in a 6-2 win at Sporting Blackbids, and Palace beat Herts Fencing 4-2.
