Hemel Town FC have signed two players who have impressed in the club’s pre-season schedule.

Oliver Hawkins and Ryan Plowright have made a good impression during their trial period and Tudors boss Dean Brennan rewarded them with contracts.

Striker Hawkins joins the Tudors from Northwood FC, having won the golden boot at the club in two successive seasons.

Plowright is a versatile former MK Dons scholar who can play in defence or midfield.

He signed for Cambridge United for the 2012/13 season before being loaned to Banbury United in December 2012 and subsequently recalled in April 2013 for the remainder of the season.

Plowright scored the winning goal in Hemel’s friendly win over Crystal Palace.
