Before the run, Dom Evans was presented with the monthly Sweatshop Tring parkrunner of the month award, having been one of the main volunteers and the first of the regulars to reach his 100th parkrun.
For the ladies, it was a young first three, with Sophie Evans of Tring RC being the first lady home, followed by Elodie Lawley and Olivia Burney.
A total of 40 runners recorded PBs this week, with the biggest improvements coming from Harry Bryant (57s), Chris Butler (54s) and Candy Maguire (53s).
Congratulations also go to Laura Travers and Liz Daniel who have recorded PBs for three weeks in a row.
