Hemel Stags will be holding an open trial on Sunday, October 14 in the hope of unearthing talented players capable of taking them into Championship 1 next year.
The trial is an opportunity for all rugby players to show selectors what they can do on the field, giving them the chance to play semi-professional rugby league next season.
Registration starts at 11.30am, with the trial getting under way at 1pm.
Tom Williams, Hemel Stags community manager, said: “This is the perfect chance for local summer conference players to show us what they’ve got, but also any player who wants to see what it will be like to play in one of the new clubs.
“It is going to be an exciting year and I can’t wait to start announcing the squad players who are going to battle it out on the field for us next season.
“To have the chance to trial to be one of those players is once in a lifetime opportunity.”
Hemel Stags ended their era in the amateur game with an impressive Grand Final win over Huddersfield Underbank Rangers, and attention has already turned to signing players ready for next season.
