The summer season of pop-up productions staged by the team at Hemel Hempstead’s Old Town Hall is popping along to Markyate and Berkhamsted over the coming week.
First up is the Three Little Pigs balloon show, aimed at an audience of children aged three and over, from Circo Ridiculoso.
It’s at Markyate Village Hall in Cavendish Road at 2.30pm on Saturday afternoon, with tickets £4.50 (£3 Dacorum Card)
And on Tuesday the spotlight switches to Berkhamsted, where the Oxford Playhouse Popup Theatre Tent will be pitching up at The Moor in Lower Kings Road. The team will be there between 11am and 4pm, offering free entertainment for all ages in the final event of the summer programme.
The tent team combine traditional and modern elements of children’s theatre to create fun for everyone.
Tea Time, a show aimed at children under six, is staged at noon and 2.30pm – you can reserve tickets in advance or on the day – but there are activities on offer throughout the day.
